4 “we . SEP 2 7 1993 A Bylaw to Amend the "Port Coquitlam Building and Plumbing Bylaw, 1992, No. 2735”. The Municipal Council of the Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: 1. This Bylaw may be cited for ail purposes as the "Port Coquitlam Building and Plumbing Bylaw, 1992, No. 2735, Amendment Bylaw, 1993, No. 2845". That Section 1 of the "Port Coquitlam Building and Plumbing Bylaw, 1992, No. 2735" be amended by adding in the correct alphabetical order, the following: “Open Air Storage Shed” means a storage shed in which at least 25 percent of the total area of each perimeter wall is open to the outdoors. That Section 13.2 of the bylaw be amended by deleting the words "multi-family". That Section 13.4.2 be repealed and enact the following provision in its place: "13.4.2 new buildings less than 235 square metres in floor area" That Section 13.4.3 be repealed and enact the following provision in its place: "13.4.3 additions having a floor area less than 235 square metres”. Section 13.4 is amended by adding the following after subsection 13.4.3, as subsection 13.4.4: "13.4.4 open air storage shed that: - 13.4.4.1 is used for the storage of noncombustible materials, or; 13.4.4.2__ is used for parking of not more than five vehicles."
