RESOLUTION:

That a grant in aid in the amount of $3,000.00 be made to the local
Chamber of Commerce to assist in defraying the costs of a tourist brochure.

BACKGROUND AND COMMENTS:

This subject was discussed by the Council at its meeting of May lst, 1989
and pursuant to Council's instructions the further information we have been
able toe obtain from the Chamber follows this memorandun.

The actual content of the brochure as it pertains to Port Coquitlam will
be made available to the City for review prior to publica
