: NOW THEREFORE be it resolved that:

1. Parcel "A" and Parcel "B", both of Section 17, Block 6, North Range 1
East, Reference Plan 80029, New Westminster District.
be sold by tender if a bid acceptable to Council is received;

: 2. The City Clerk is hereby instructed and authorized to publish and post the
"Real Property for Sale By Tender" notice appearing in the Agenda

documents of this Councii Meeting;

3. The terms and conditions contained therein are hereby approved;

The City Clerk carry out the procedures set out therein.

5. Council reserves the right to accept any bid or to reject all of the bids ,
