That City Council direct the Clerk's Office to prepare a Bylaw to
rezone the Remainder of Lot C, District Lot 290, Group One, Plan 17515, except
Parcel E, Explanatory Plan 17001, New Westminster District, addressed as 1946
Pitt River Road, from RS-1 (large lot residential) to RI-1 (two-family
residential) and RS~-2 (small lot residential).

District, addressed as 3901 Cedar drive, from RS-1 (large lot residential) to
RT-1 (two-family residential).

From the City Clerk, August 23, 1988 concerning a Latecomer Charge
Waiver Agreement for West Group Development Limited.

"AT THE REQUEST OF and pursuant to the Agreement with West Group
Development Limited dated the 4th day of August, 1988, BE IT RESOLVED that the
works and services described in the aforesaid Agreement and installed or to be
installed by the said west group Development Limited in connection with the
development of the lands descvibed as:

Lots 16,17,18, Pt. tot 379, Group 1, New Westminster District, Plan
1213 .

and hereby conclusively deemed to be for the sole benefit vf those lands and
that none of the cost of providing the said works and services shall
constitute “excess or extended services” as defined by Section 990. of the
Municipal Act; .

AND THAT the aforesaid Agreement be and the same is hereby approved
and that the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to sign the same on behalf of
the City and to affix the Corporate seal thereto.”
