The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitiam, in .open
meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

The Municipal Council! of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam hereby
feases unto John Pollard the lands described in the Schedule "A" attached heretc
for the period of time and on the terms and subject to the conditions set out [*
the Lease attached hereto and marked Schedule "A",

The Mayor and City Clerk of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitiam are

hereby authorized to sign the said Lease on behalf of the City and to affix the
City's Corporate Seal thereto.

This Bylaw may be cited for ail purposes as the "Rental Agreement (2258 Wilson
Avenue) Authorization Bylaw, 1986, No. 2184".

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 5th day of May, 1986.

Read a second time by the Municipal Council! this 5th day of May, 1986.

Read a third time by the Municipal Council! this 5th day of May, 1986.

Reconsidered, finally passed and adopted by the Municipal Counci! of Ths
