January 13th, 1986 /5

A regular meeting of the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the
City of Port Coquitlam was held in the Council Chamber, Port Coquitlam
Citiy Hall on Monday, January 13th, 1986, at 7:30 p.m.

His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay, Aldermen M.C. Farnworth, M.D.
Gates, J.J. Keryluk, G.R. Laking, W.W. Stewart and M.R. Wright in
attendance.

Also in attendance were City Administrator B.R. Kirk, City Clerk
R.A. Freeman, Deputy City Engineer T. Chong, P. Eng., Director of
Community Planning W. Brown and Parks & Recreation Director K.J. Taylor.

That the minutes of the Regular Council Meeting held on January 6th,

1986, be taken as read and adopted.

DELEGATIONS:

PW/01/86/01/13/01

His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay introduced Mr. Don Hehn, Regional
Director of the Lower Mainland Regional Ministry of Environment who then
made a presentation regarding the recent washout of the gravel pit on
Pipeline Road.

PR/02/86/01/ 13/08

His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay introduced Ms. Patricia Baldwin,
MacLaren Plansearch who then made a presentation regarding fhe Reeve
Street Park conceptual plan.

PW/03,/86/01/ 13/09

Mrs. Pauline Koufalis, 3590 Westwood Street, was scheduled to make
a presentation regarding the traffic arrangements on Westwood Street,
Alderman Gates advised he had spoken to the residents in the area and
suggested that the problems be discussed by the Public Works Committee.

That the concerns expressed by Mrs. Pauline Koufalis, 3590 Westwood
Street, regarding traffic arrangements on Westwood Street be referred to
the Public Works Committee.

Alderman Gates [ntroduced a Bylaw to authorize the expenditure of
monies in the Tax Sale Lands Reserve Fund.
