A special meeting of the Municipal Councl{ of The Corporation of the
City of Port Coquitlam was held in the Counc] | Chamber, Port Coquitlam
City Hall on Thursday, September Sth, 1985 at 4:39 Pom.

His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay, Aldermen M.C. Farnworth, M.D,

Wright In attendance,
