Such requests are to be In writing Stating the reasons for such disciplinary action, by hrtescteattorre on 11) Use of foul, Profane, vulgar or obscene language 111) Solicitation of gratuities or tips from any person for servicas performed under this Contract lv) Refusal to col lect and/or handle newspaper Vv) Wanton, or malicious damage or destruction of waste containers or receptacias or other private or public property. vi) Wanton, mallclous or deliberate Scattering or spillage of newspapers or waste Will ful negligent or reckless action and disregard of safety or sanitary requirements or regulations Any actions which may constitute a public nuisance or disorderly Ganduet Any conviletion under the Criminal Code of Canada or the Offence Act of &.C. of any employee or agent of the Contractor for an act done In the course of his perfarmance of work under this Contract. The Contractor shal | comply forthwith with each such request and shal | satisfy tha City Engineer that the emd loyee or agent has been properly disciglinad and has given assurance that the offence and breach shall not recur and that the sald employee or agent has been removed from further Involvement with work or service under this Contract so raquired. Parladic inspeations will be made by staff appolnted by the City Engineer to verify that the serv! . I$ adequate in all respects, lf daviatio ms of the Contract exists, the Contractor wlll be notifiad In writing by the City Engineer. Upon notification the Contractor must procead without delay to institute corrective measures. Such periodic Inspections shal! nat relleve the Contractor In any way from making his own Inspections, to ensure that the work Is o@lng performed under the Contract terms.
