A regular meeting of the Municipal Council! of The Corporation of
the City of Port Coquitlam was held in the Council Chamber, Port
Coquitlam City Hal! on Monday, April t6th, 1984 at 7:30 pem.

His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay, Aldermen M.C. Farnworth, M.D.
Gates, J.J. Keryluk, G.R. Laking, W.W. Stewart and M.R. Wright in
attendance.

Also in attendance were City Administrator B.R. Kirk, City Clerk
R.A. Freeman, Assistant City Engineer T. Chong, P. Eng., Director of
Community Planning W. Brown, and Parks & Recreation Director K.J.

Taylor.

ZONING PUBLIC HEARING:

niz Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay advised the following proposed
Bylaws to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No.
