His Worship Mayor : Le M. - Praboulay advises that he has “made arrangements for His Worship
Mayor George F. Ferguson of the District of Abbotsford to address Council “at its
meeting of May 9th, 1983 concerning the above noted subject.

Mayor Ferguson is the British Colunbia Regional Chairman of the Federation of Canadian
Municipalities. :
