Recommendation 10:

Recommendation ten offers several 00d suggestions for
improving regional and local planning in the lower mainland.
The suggestions from the Regional Plan are as follows:

Plan amendments;

minimize the cost of maintaining the Lower Mainland plan
and prevent duplication among planning activities at
various levels of government;

planning and the major relevant federal, provincial and
vegional agencies.

monitoring development trends in the region in relation
to the plan's objectives and development strategy;

ensuring that a Lower Mainland perspective is brought to
bear where appropriate in the process of plan amendment;
