That with respect to the forthcoming annual general saecttoal 0 U NV | foe 7

1. Ronald Arthur Freeman, City Clerk of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam, shall be the Returning Officer.

2. Nominations will be held at the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam City Hall,
2272 McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B.C. at the time specified by Statute;
namely, 10 o'clock in the forenoon to 12 o'clock noon on Monday, October 27th, 1980.
3. In case a poll is required the same will be held during the time specified by
Statute; namely,.from 8 o'clock in the forenoon to 8 o'clock in the afternoon on
Saturday, November 15th, 1980; at the following places:

a. St. Catherine's Anglican Church Hall,
2251 McAllister Avenue

b. Viscount Alexander Elementary School,
‘ 3250 Flint Street

Mary Hill Elementary School,
1890 Humber Crescent

Cedar Drive Elementary School,
3140 Cedar Drive

Westwood Elementary School,
3610 Hastings Street

Kilmer Elementary School,
1575 Knappen Street

Lincoln Elementary School,
1019 Fernwood Avenue

h. Port Coquitlam Secondary School,
- 3550 Wellington Street
4. In case a poll as aforesaid is required, then a mobile poll shall be

established at the places and during the times specified by the "Mobile Poll
Establishment By-law, 1975, No. 1396"; namely, at some convenient location at
the Senior Citizens' housing facility known as "Dogwood Manor" located at
3155 Seymour Street, from 8 o'clock in the forenoon until 12 o'clock noor and
at. some convenient location in Hawthorne Lodge, 2111 Hawthorne Avenue, from

l o'clock in the afternoon until 5 o'clock in the afternoon, on November 15th,

1980.
5. In case a poll as aforesaid is required, then an advanced poll will be held

at the place and during the time specified by the "Advanced Poll By-law, 1969,
No. 956; namely, at the Port Coquitlam City Hall from 8:30 o'clock in the forenoon
until 6 otclock in the afternoon on Monday, November 3rd, 1980 and from 8:30 o'clock

in the forenoon until 4:30 o'clock in the afternoon on Tuesday to Friday, inclusive,

November 4th to 7th, 1980 and from 8:30 o'clock in the forenoon until 4:30 o'clock
in the afternoon on Monday, November 10th, 1980 and Wednesday to Friday, inclusive,

November 12th to 14th, 1980.
6. The power to appolnt Deputy Returning Officers to preside at the respective

polling places is hereby delegated to the Returntng Officer appointed herein,
