Dear Sirs;

I am writing on behalf of the Port Coquitlam Bantam Tournament Committee
to request permission to park recreational vehicles overnight on the
west side of the Recreation Centre at 2150 Wilson Ave. between the dates
of March 27th and April lst. All vehicles parked in this area will be
the property of parents or coaching staff of teams from the Interior or
Vancouver Island. .

During the 1977 Tournament parking was allowed in this area with the
consent of City Council,the R.C.M.P. were informed and patrolled the
region regularly thereby preventing any problems from arising.

At this time I would like to extend my personal invitation to all of
City Council to attend the biggest Bantam Hockey Tournament in all of
Western Canada. ,
