THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLATA C ff U N C REEORT MAY 3- 1976 TO: Mayor and Council April 30t, 1976 FROM: Planning & Zoning Committee Re: Memorandum of Approving Officer on Minimum Parcel Widths in RS-1 Zone The attached memorandum of the Approving Officer was considered by the Planning & Zoning Committee. For the purpose of better utilization of limited amcunt of vacant ‘land in the City, the Committee wishes to make the following recommendations: iL. .2 (a) of the Approving Officer's memorandum be deleted. 2. ‘The Approving Officer may recommend to Council exemptions from minimum parcel width requirements where the minimum lot size of 5,400 square feet is met and the frontage is not less than 50 feet. 3. The above recommendations be adopted as an interim policy on frontage exemption until such time the revised Zoniag By~law has been officially adopted by Council.
