Re: Zoning Regulations Governing Public Buildings

At the regular Council meeting of July 28th,1975 a report from the

. Planning -and Zoning. Committee concerning the above noted subject was
discussed... A copy of: the said report is reproduced on the reverse side

of this’ memorandum. a

As a result of the Council discussion on July 28th the following two
resolutions were proposed: _

-"That as recommended in the report from the Planning and Zoning Comnittee,
July 24th, 1975, the development and use of public buildings should

comply with all relevant by-law regulations.
Deferred."

“That the above noted resolution be deferred until August 25th, 1975.

Carried."
