The “Stamp Starter Kit” and the book, “Canada - Stamps and Stories", are designed to stimulat e an interest in stamp collecting and to show how the historieal, cultural and economic achievements of a nation are reflected in its postage stamps. The “Stamp Starter Kit’ is the first one of a series which will feature historical notes and postage stamps illustrating different aspects of Canada’s heritage.
