DISCOUNT

The rates and charges provided herein shall be payable at the office of the
City Treasurer and a ten percent (10%) discount shall be applied to that
portion of the total current year's annual sewer rate which has been paid

before the close of business on rhe last Friday of March in each year.

SENIOR CLTIZEN WALVER

Where a senior citizen waiver js specified in this schedule it shall be
available to a persen who is:

(a) Sixty-five years of age or over ac any time during the calendar year.
in which the charge is assessed.

(b) The owner of the property for which the charge is assesaed.

(a) Who resides on the property and considera it to be his principle
residence.

(d) Who has not applied for a senior citizen waiver of sewer rates on any
other property in the City of Port Coquitlam during thea calendar year
