City Engineer Request to Change Parking Regulations South Side of Coquitlam Avene from Flint to Chester (Public Works Committee Meeting, March 10, 1992) That Council approve the placement of signs stating "Limited Time Parking - 3 hours - $:00a.m. to 6:00p.m. Monday to Saturday" along the south side of Coquitlam Avenue from Flint to Chester. epg Ub, The Public Works Committee considered the attached memorandum from the Project Technician dated February 28, 1992 regarding a request to remove the existing yellow paiting from the curb across from the Kinsman Hall along the south side of Coquitlam Avenue from Flint to Chester. The curb was painted yellow at this location some time ago when McMitchell Park had a playground when there was no fence between the park and Coquitlam Road.
