THE COKPORATION OF 2fR CITT OF PORT CCQUITLAM

BYLAW NO. 2620

A Bylaw to amend the "Port Coquitiam goning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240"

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the city of Port Coquitlam, in
open meeting assembled, enacts 4& follows:

1. That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlan, British Columbla
which is more particularly described as:

Lot B
Section 6, Block 6, North Range 1 East

Plan 7793
New Weat minster District

1g hereby rezoned from hel (Agricultural) to RS-2 (Small Lot Residential)
and the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is

hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw,
1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1991, No. 2620".

Read a first time by the Municipad Council this 30th day of September, 1991.
Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 30th day of September, 1991.

Public Hearing held this 2iet day of October, 1991.
