SUBJECT: Former Welcher Avenue Road Allowance.

RESOLUTION:

WHEREAS the lands hereinafter described are not required for municipal
purposes nor are they reserved or dedicated;

NOW THEREFORE be it resolved that:

1. Parcel “A” (Bylaw Plan 80781), District Lot 289, Group One, Plan 1959,
New Westminster District, be sold to Port Coquitlam Sentor Citizen's
Housing Society, 2111 Hawthorne Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B.C. at or for
the price or sum of $1.00.;

The adjustment date be February 16th, 1990, or earlier;
The possession date be February 16th, 1990, or earlier;

The Mayor and Clerk are authorized to execute the documents necessary
for the purpose aforesaid and to affix the Corporate Seal of the City
thereto.

SUBJECT: To Rights-of-Way in favour of the Corporation of the City of
Port Coquitlam, British Columbia Hydro and Power Authority, and the British
Columbia Telephone Company, all as granted by Council at its meeting of
December 4th, 1989.
