Seconded by Alderman Farnworth:

That the Reference Pian prepared by Walter Ff, Frith, B.C.L.S., wherein
certain property owned by the Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam in
District Lot 174 and District Lot 305 lying west of Pitt River Road and Reeve
Street is shown as "Returned to Crown in Right of the Province" be and the

same is hereby approved;

AND THAT His Worship the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to sign the
Said plan on behalf of the City and to affix the Corporate Seal of the City
thereto;

AND THAT the City Clerk be authorized to fi id plan in the New
Westminster Land Title Office and to prepare and file such other plans or
documents as may be necessary in order that the land contained within the bold
outline on the said plan may, in fact, be Returned to Crown in Right of the

Province,

That City Council Tequest the Provincial Government to regulate autoriated
telephone solicitation,

Mayor Traboulay stated this would be considered as a Notice of Motion and
placed before the Council at its next meeting.
