details an the compromise they have made.

Although these commitments on the part of the Church fal]
short of meeting all the demands of the jioca! residents, the
Public Works Committee fel? that they were quite reasonable
under the circumstances, In the interest of bringing this
neighbourhood problem to a resolve, the Committee recommends
the acceptance of the Church's proposal. |
