RESOLUTION:

"WHEREAS the lands hereinafter described are not required for
municipal purposes nor are they reserved or dedicated;

NOW THEREFORE be it resolved that:

1}. Parcel "A" (Bylaw Plan 74824) Section 6 Township 40, New
Westminster District Plan 20309, located west of 1170 Prairie
Avenue, Port Coquitiam, B.C. be sold to Mihaly Math and Gyorgyi

Math, 1170 Prairie Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B.C. V3B 186 at or
for the price or sum of $2,440.00,

Adjustment date be December 31st, 1987 or earlier.
Possession date be December 31st i987 or earlier.
The Mayor and Clerk are authorized To execute the documents
necessary for the purpose aforesaid and to affix the

Corporate Seal of the City thereto.

SUBJECT:

1. To the registration of a Statutory right-of-way over the
property in favour of the City for Sanitary Sewer purposes.
