SUBJECT: Right-of-Way over Marian Kroeker Park

RESOLUTION:

That the registration of a Statutory Right~of-Way plan and the
City's standard right-of-way document over Marian Kroeker Park,
being Lor 2, District Lot 232, Group One, Plan 73722, New
Westminster District be approved;

AND THAT His Worship the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to
execute the necessary Plans, Agreements, or other documents
necessary for this purpose and to affix the City's corporate

seal thereto.

BACKGROUND AND COMMENTS

At its meeting ef August 10th, 1987 the Council required the

developer of the adjacent property to install a gravity sewer
through this park and passage of the resolution stated above
will allow the City to formally grant a right-of-way to itself.

The exact location of the right-of-way is shown on the plan
following This memorandum.
