Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240",

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open
meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which is
more particularly described as:

Lot 5

Section 6

Township 40

Plan 75121

New Westminster District

is hereby rezoned from RT-1 (Two Family Residential) to RS-2 (Small Lot
Residential) and the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No.
2240" js hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw,
1987, Noe 2240 Amenument Bylaw, 1987, No. 2310".

Read a first time by the Municipal Counci! this 28th day of September, 1987.
Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 28th day of September, 1987,

Public Hearing held this 19th day of October, 1987.
