the text of Community Plan Section 4.2 (b) to permit development to a
density of 124 dwellings per hectare or amend the Plan Map to permit
development of apartments on commercially designated properties.

PoCo B.M.X. Lease.
Moved by Alderman Laking:
Seconded by Alderman Farnworth:

That the City of Port Coquitlam renew the lease with PoCo B.M.X. for
one year at a cost of one dollar;

That the tiability insurance be increased to $2,000,000.00;

AND THAT the conditions in the lease be the same as in the previous
one, except for the increase in liability insurance.
