AND_WHEREAS the Permittee has made application for a Development Permit in
tegard to the Lands;

AND WHEREAS the Municipal Act R.S.B.C. 1979, o. 290 provides thet in a
Development Parmit certain matters may be varied or supplemented in the manner

specified therein;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the City hereby issues e Development Permit in

respect of ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel of land situate in Port
Coquitlam, British Columbia, which is more particularly described as:
