Gates, J.J, Keryluk, G.R. Laking, W.W. Stewart and MLR. Wright tn

attendance,

Also in attendance were Acting City Administrator and City Engineer
FE, Peters, P, Eng., City Clerk R.A, Freeman, City Treasurer Je
Maitiand, Director of Community Planning W. Brown, and Parks &
Recreation Director K.J. Taylor.

ZONING PUBLIC HEARING:

To repeal all provisions presently contained in the Zoning Bylaw

that proport to specify minimum lot size requirements,

All Property In the City may be affected by the amendment and the

rezoning wil! allow the "Subdiviston Bylaw, 1985, No. 2126" of the City
to be the document that specifies minimum lot sizes,

Westminster District, from RM~4 (Multiple Family Residential) to RM~1
(Multiple Family Residential),

This property is located at 3374 Sefton Street and wil! restore, at
the request of the owner, the Zone Designation applied to the property

prior to December t4th, 1981,

G. Lawson, 1570 Salisbury Avenue, expressed concern
regarding the condition of the site and inquired regarding having It

cleaned up.
