Lands and if Canfor should cause any such damage
then Canfor shall repair such damage and restore
the Servient Lands with improvements thereon to
the satisfaction of the City Engineer and if
Canfor fails to repair such damage and restore the
Servient Lands and improvements then the City may
perform such repair and restoration to the
Servient Lands and improvements that is deemed
necessary by the City Engineer and Canfor shail
fully reimburse the City for such repair and
restoration within two weeks of receiving an
account from the City;

accept sole responsibility for carrying out the
Works; ,

not be unreasonable in its opinions herein;

not obstruct or interfere with the City's right of
passage on the travelled portion of the Servient
Lands, and in particular Canfor shall not allow
the operation of the Works to result in the
deposit of any material on the Servient Lands; and

execute all further documents and things
whatsoever for the better assuring unto the City
of the City's rights under this Easement
Agreement.

4. No provision of this Agreement and no act or omission

or finding of negligence, whether joint or several as against the

City in favour of any third party, shall operate to relieve or
shall be deemed to relieve Canfor in any manner whatsoever from
any liability to the City whether such liability arises under
