A. By-law to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Curfew By-law, 1975,
No. 1382", 7 PEC 4

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam,

in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows

1. The long title of the "City of Port Coquitlam Curfew By-law, 1975,
No. 1382" is amended by striking out "of boys and girls respectively"

2, (The first recital of the By-law is amended by striking out "Section 869
of the hwunde pat Act' being Chapter 255, RSBC 1960 as amended" and substituting

therefore "Section 931 of the "Municipal Act! _ being Chapter 290, RSBC 1979",

Section 1 of the By-law ‘ts amended by striking out "boy and every girl"

6. (on Bhis By-Law may be cited for all purposes’ as the "City of Port Coquitlam

curfew By-law, 1315 » No. 1382, Amendment By-law, 1980, No. 1793".
