Attached hereto please find a sketch showing a
proposed subdivision creating nine new lots. These lots
meet the Subdivision of Land By-law in every regard with
the exception of frontage. Would you please place this
on the Agenda of the next Council Meeting for Council's
consideration in granting a frontage exemption as permitted
in Section 712(2) of the Municipal Act.
