FROM: Planning and Zoning Committee

The Planning and Zoning Committee has received an application from a builder for
permission to subdivide by strata title plan two duplex buildings that are presently
under construction at 1052 and 1075 Ellis Drive. The Chief inspector reports that
the buildings are conforming in every respect.

The Committee has recommended similar applications for approval and would recommend
approval of the application subject to the City's procedure for strata subdivisiun
being followed.
