Zoning: RS-2.

Request: To rezone from RS-2 to R&~1,

Reason: To consolidate two 33' lots and conatruct one dwelling unit.

Comments: The preperty is one of the nine special situation properties in
the Langan area. The applicant agreed to the $600.00 required
to upgrade. the water main in the area. .

Recommendation: The Committee recommends approval of the zoning application
subject to receipt of the $600.0U for upgrading of water
maine and a lines cancellation on Lots 21 & 22 being processed.
