Theatre.

Born in Barcelona in 1951, 3
Spanish guitarist, Josep-
Joan Henriquez began his
studies at the Barcelona
Conservatory of Music at
the age of nine until he
obtained’ his ‘‘diplome
superieure’’. He was one of Hila
the few granted the iy a
privilege of studying the aiaoe
guitar with the famous
guitarist-composer,
Graciano Tarrago. After
Tarrage’s death in 1973, Em
Henriquez continued his
studies with Eduardo Sainz
de la Maza. He received the
“Premier Prix de Guitare” [i
and the “Prix d’Honneur”
for chamber music from the §
Barcelona ~ Conservatory. &

The talent of Mr. §
Henriquez is recognized
throughout Spain in all the
music circles where guitar
is so prominent.

- As a founding member of
the reputed § Tarrago
Quartet, he has played in
Spain, France, Belgium,
Italy, Switzerland, Austria,
Hungary, Poland and Israel.
It was with this same
quartet that he was invited
to numerous festivals in

remember Roland Richard
who played Papagano in the
extracts from “The Magic
Flute’ performed in
Terrace about two years ago
and in 1976 he sang with
“Bes Grands. Ballets
Canadiens" at Montreal’s
Place des Arts. For further

drama Magee will portray
the Russian head of
Moscow’s KGE who enlists
Bronson’s aid in halting a
series of sabotage acts in
America that could trigger

Magee, whose most recent
screen appearance was in’

Lyndon”, also played a co-
star role in Kubrick’s
“Clockwork Orange’’.

“Telefon” is based on the
best-seller novel by Walter
Wager and was written for
the screen by Peter Hyams
and Stirling Silliphant,
