Ttalian Canadian Club © give $417.17 to Arena On ‘December 4th, the Terrace Italian Canadian Club held their annual Christmas: Dance. The proceeds from the dance were to go to the Arena Campaign Fund. The Club was pleased to discover they'd made more._on this years dance than ever before, After deducting the cost of putting on the dance they cane up with a profit of $417.17. ' At a meeting of some of the’ members of the Arena ‘Committee on Tuesday Mr. Carlo Stella presented a cheque to a very pleased group of people. ARENA NEWS Reports from the Headquarters are as follows: The logging operation will be starting up again soon,'men and machinery have been moved out to the site. .Due to this snowy weather we've been having, the work: on the construction site has been temporarily shut down. As soon as work commences there will be little left to do before the area will be completely enclosed and the men will be abie to, work in a heated area.
