A Public Hearing pursuant to Section 956 of the Municipal Act was held prior to the Council Meeting of the Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam held in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam City Hall, 2580 Shaughnessy Street, Port Coquitlam, BC on Monday, January 31th, 1994, at 7:30 p.m. Mayor L.M. Traboulay and Councillors M.D. Gates, MJ. Gordon, J.J. Keryluk, W.W. Stewart, R.H. Talbot, and M.A. Thompson were in attendance. Also in attendance were Acting City Administrator J.G.S. Maitland, City Clerk S. Rauh, City Engineer I.R. Zahynacz, Director of Community Planning C. Felip and Fire Chief J. Baillie. PUBLIC HEARING: Mayor Traboulay advised the following proposed Bylaw would now be considered: Bylaw No. 2865 To rezone: Lot 182 District Lot 252 Group One Plan 27092 New Westminster District from RS-1 (Large Lot Residential) to RS-2 (Small Lot Residential) The property is located at 1823 Harbour and would permit the location of a technical office within a multi-tenant industrial warehouse building.
