That the Planning Department be authorized to draft Development Variance Permit 66/93 under Section 974 of the Municipal Act; and That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to sign the documents when completed subject to: a) Completion of a subdivision design to the satisfaction of the Approving Officer; b) Satisfaction of Engineering Department requirements; c) Satisfaction of Building Department concerns at the time of Building Permit Application; d) The project being subject to the 1993 rates for the Development Cost Charges. e) Registration of a restrictive covenant on the properties to prevent new buildings from being converted to contain secondary suites. BACKGROUND: This application is for a Development Variance Permit to permit the creation of Lot 11 in Phase 18 on Citadel Yeights.
