Moved by Councillor Wright: Secon b ncillor Gordon: That Rezoning Application No. 17/92 and Development Permit Apriication No. 19/93 for 2775 Davies Avenue be approved to proceed for rezoning from RM-3 (Townhouse) to RM-4 (Apartment) under Section 963 of the Municipal Act subject to: Completion of a design to the satisfaction of the Director of Planning; Satisfaction of Engineering Department requirements; Submission of landscaping plans to the satisfaction of the Parks and Recreatic:: Department; Satisfaction of Building Department concerns; The project being subject to 1993 rates for Development Cost Charges; and Issuance of a Development Pemnit.
