application fee schedule to the proposed Fee Setting Bylaw:

L. For Subdivisions creating four lots or less - flat fee charge of $500.00.
2. For Subdivisions creating more than four lots - fee of $500 for the first four lots plus
$80 per additional lot.

That Rezoning Application No. 17/92 and Development Permit Apriication No. 19/93 for
2775 Davies Avenue be approved to proceed for rezoning from RM-3 (Townhouse) to RM-4
(Apartment) under Section 963 of the Municipal Act subject to:

Completion of a design to the satisfaction of the Director of Planning;

Satisfaction of Engineering Department requirements;

Submission of landscaping plans to the satisfaction of the Parks and Recreatic::
Department;

Satisfaction of Building Department concerns;

The project being subject to 1993 rates for Development Cost Charges; and

Issuance of a Development Pemnit.

And that the Planning Department be authorized to draft Development Pennit No. 19/93;
and

And that the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to sign the documents when completed subject
to the conditions noted above.
