genezally in accord with the report and conceptual plan prepared by
J. Reeve Consultants Ltd., Toby Russell Buckwell, Architects, and
Intercad Services Ltd. as presented to the Council at its meeting of
December 16th, 1991 and on file in the office of the City's Parka

and Recreation Director;

The Munielpal Council is hereby empowered and authorized to
undertake, carry out, of cause to be carried out, the development of
Phage 1 of Reeve Street Park generally in accord with the plans and
specifications that have been placed on file in the office of the
City's Parke and Recreation Director and to more particularly
specify and authorize by resolution all thinga necesaary in
connection therewith.

2. Should any of the amount appropriated remain unexpended after the
expenditures hereby authorized have heen made, the unexpended balance
shall be returned to the credit of the said Taz Sale Lands Reserve Pund.

3. This Bylaw may be cited for all. purposes ag the “Tax Sale Land Reserve
Fund Reeve Street Park Couatruction Expenditure Bylaw, 1992, No. 2642”.
