Three tenders were received by 1600 hours, August 21, 1990 at the City's offices.
Tenders were received from the following:

All tenders are complete with bid bonds.

Schedule | - Schedule of Quantities and Prices in the tender from Horay
Construction was not completed and, without the required breakdown of unit
prices, we recommend that their tender not be considered.

The lowest tender is from Roger Larose Trucking Ltd. Their variation of not
including the plug valves and Nelson boxes is acceptable since all tenderers were
verbally informed of this clarification prior to tender closing.

Roger Larose Trucking Ltd. has completed several projects designed and
inspected by Dayton & Knight Ltd. in the last couple of years in the City of Port
‘“loody and at the District of Chilliwack, Their most recent project was a
similiar sewage lift station in the District of Chilliwack which also required
sheet piling. Their workmanship is satisfactory and they are very cooperative.
