SUBJECT: Discharge of Right of Way For Public Access Chadwick Avenue
(Public Works Comaittee Meeting June 19, 1990)

RECOMMENDATION :

That Council appreave the discharge of a Statutory Right of Way for public
acress over lots 205 end 206 on Chadwick Avenue, subject to the property

owners paying for the cost of preparation and registration of the discharge
documents.

BAGKGROUND AND! COMMENTS:

The Committee has reviewed a request from Dorothy Ross of 1697 Chadwick that a
Right of Way over her property be discharged. The Right of Way was registered
for walkway purposes; however, the walkway was never constructed, and since a
walkway has been constructed between Maxwell and Imperial a short distance
away, the Right of Way is no longer vequired. The Committee therefore
recommends that the Right of Way be discharged if the property owners are
willing to pay for the cost.
