Intent of the Bylaw:

To discharge Land Use Contract No. 28 (which restricts the use of the land to
retail sales including automobile, building and garden supply sales, drive-in
cafes, entertainment facilities, mortuaries and veterinary clinics) and to
substitute Highway Commercial (CS~1) zoning (which permits the construction of
a metor hotel and permits a wide ward 7G of retail sales, restaurants,
contractors! yards and services).
