That as recommended by the Director of Community Planning in his
memorandum of November 24th, 1988 a Voluntary Development Variance Permit be
issued relaxing the Zoning Bylaw No. 2240, Section 802, RS-1, Subsection (6),
Rear yard setback requirements by 20 em (8 inches) in the north east corner of
the rear yard and 9 em (3.5 inches) in the south west corner of the rear yard
to oermit a sundeck to be constructed for Lot li, D.L. 232, Group One, Plan

77649.

BACKGROUND AND COMMENTS:

Pursuant to instructions issued by the Council at its meeting of
Nuvenber 28th, 1988 the owners and residents of property surrounding the
Sabject property have been advised that Council are considering issuance of
this Voluntary Development Variance Permit at its meeting of January 9Yth,
939. Accordingly, at this time written or verbal submissions should be
considered by the Council and a decision reached as to whether or not the

Development Variance Permit should be issued.
