A Bylaw to amend the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No.

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam,
in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia
which are more particularly described as:

Parcel 1, Reference Plan 74499 and Parcel A, Reference Plan 76519:
Section 6

Township 40

New Westminster District

is hereby rezoned from RS-1 (Large Lot Residential) to. RS~2 (Small “Lot.
Residential) and the Zoning Map of the “Port. Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw,
1987, No. 2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.

This Bylaw may be cited for. all purposes -as the "Port | ‘Coquitlam | Toning.
