That Council approve the draft resolution attached which would make the ;
City a member in the "Municipal Insurance Association of British Columbia".

BACKGROUND & COMMENTS:

Attached is a report received from U.B.C.M. which outlines that the program
is set to get underway and that the detalis of the program remain unchanged

from those earlier proposed.
