SUBJECT: Roof Encroachment into Easement at 1815 Yukon Avenue
Public Works Committee July 28, 1987

Recommendation:

That the Mayor and Cierk be authorized to enter into an
encroachment agreement with the builder of 1815 Yukon Avenue
for a roof overhang Into a City right-of-way on the property.

Backqround and Comments:

The house has been built at 1815 Yukon Avenue with. one
corner of the garage encroaching into the City right-of-way by
approximately two teet. The bullder had been properly warned
at the time of his form inspection orior to pouring the
foundations. ! presume that the warning was not taken
seriously since the City has heen approving other encroachment

agreements.
