WHEREAS the lands hereinafter described are not required for
municipal purposes nor are they reserved or dedicated;

NOW THEREFORE be it resolved that:

le Lot A, District Lot 479, Group One, Plan 74399, New Westminster
District, Port Coquitlam, B.C., be sold by tender if a bid
acceptable to Counci! is received.

Ze The City Clerk is hereby instructed and authorized to publish and
post the "Real Property for Sale By Tender" Notice appearing in the
Agenda documents of this Council meeting; .

be The terms and conditions contained therein are hereby approved;
