Eng., City Engineer SUBJECT: Commuter parking west of Maple Drive Public Works Committee, April llth, 1983 RECOMMENDATION: That the City clear part of the space west.of Maple Drive and south of Kingsway to provide a graded surface for commuter parking for approximately 40 cars and that the estimated cost of $2,000 be taken out of the Parking Reserve Fund. It would be relatively easy to clear a portion of this area by moving the piles of dirt to the south end of the lot. The cost of this work is expected to cost under $2,000 which includes some signs and some barriers to prevent vehicles fram parking across the Poco Trail.
