WHEREAS by By-law No. 1737 of The Corporation of the City of
Port Coquitlam aited as the "Coquitlam Avenue Plan 1317 and Plan 2225 Read
Closure By-law, 1980, Ne. 1737", certain portions af road dedicated by
Plax 1317 and Plan 2225 therein deserabed tacated in the . ty of Port
Coguitiam in the Province of British Columbia were stopped up and closed
to traffic;

NOW THEREFORE BEIT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk of

The Corporation of the City ef Port Coquitiam be authorized to petition

the Mindeter ef Municdpal Affairs of the Province of iratish Columbia praying
on behalf of the Giry for abandonment of tha said portions of Road dedicated
by Plan 1317 and Plan 2225 described in By-law No, 1737 and the vesting of the
title of the land comprining the aame in The Corporation of the City of Port

Coquitlam.
