That the minutes of the regular meeting of this Council held on
March 7th, 1977, be taken as read and adopted.
Carried.
Prior to passage of the foregoing resolution, Alderman Mabbett
referred to the item on Page 7 of the March 7th, 1977 Minutes concerning

the Possi Construction repairs to Hyde Creek Pool and noted. that no

mention was made in the Minutes of a rather lengthy report which he had
read at that time to the Council explaining that the City had been more
than fair with Rossi Construction and that the difficulties arose solely
from lack of care and supervision by the firm. Alderman Mabbett expressed
the opinion that there should have been some reference to his remarks
recorded.

By-law No. 1477 in Process advising that it can be processed no further
in its present terms.

Zoning Amend. That third reading of By-law No. 1477 as given on the 15th day of

Process~amend. November, 1976, be rescinded;

THAT Section 1 of By-law No. 1477 be amended:

i. By striking out the title "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-
law, 1969, No. 918" and substituting therefor the title "City
of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1977, No. 1498";

By striking out the Zone Designation of RS-1 (One Family

Residential) and substituting therefor the Zone Designation of

"RS-1 (Single Family Residential)";
By striking out the Zone Designation of "RM-3 (Intermediate
Apartment Residential)" and substituting therefor the Zone

Designation of "RM-3 (Multiple Family Residential)";
